I love capturing every season of life. Sessions are perfect for honoring your first baby, documenting life with little ones, or simply wanting photographs of this season together. I document in a way that feel as honest and meaningful as the season you're in. Based in Western New York, I photograph maternity, motherhood, couples, and small families using digital and 35mm film.
life doesn't need much directing
I'd rather document the way your child reaches for you without thinking. The quiet moments between the two of you. The laughter that wasn't planned.
No matter what season you're in, I'm here to document you honestly, not a version of you performing for the camera.
I'll guide you when it helps, finding good light, giving you something to do with your hands, or helping everyone settle in, but I'm not interested in turning your session into a series of poses.
The experience
From choosing a location to deciding what to wear, I'll help with the planning so you don't have to figure it out on your own.
Sessions typically take place outdoors around sunset or in your home, where life already feels familiar. They're relaxed, lightly guided, and never rushed.
There isn't a checklist of poses we'll work through. Instead, we'll spend our time walking, talking, playing, holding your baby, or simply being together.
The best photographs usually happen when everyone forgets the camera is there.
Film isn't something I offer because it's trending. It's the foundation of the way I photograph. Every session includes it because some moments deserve to be slowed down, approached with intention, and preserved in a way that digital simply can't replicate. It's not an upgrade. It's part of the experience from the very beginning.
