As a mother, I see you.
So often, you’re the one holding it all—
the small details, the passing moments,
the ones you don’t want to forget.
And somehow, you’re rarely in them.
These sessions are about returning you to that space.
To the connection, the familiarity,
the way it feels to be with them, as it is.
Nothing staged.
Nothing pulled away.
Just the truth of it—
held on film, as it’s lived.
Motherhood is my universe.
It shapes the way I move,
the way I soften, the way I hold,
the way I pay attention to what’s passing.
It gives weight to the smallest things.
Because time here moves quickly.
One season into the next
before you’ve had the chance to fully hold it.
The waiting, the becoming,
the tiny hands, the in-between
the moments that quietly define everything.
These sessions are a way back to that.
Not as perfection, but as truth.
A way to return,
to remember how it felt to be there,
and how deeply it was lived.
Film moves at a different pace.
It asks for presence—
for you to be in it, rather than aware of it.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is overdone.
It holds the softness of this season—
the warmth, the quiet, the in-between—
in a way that feels familiar.
So what remains isn’t just how it looked,
but how it felt to be there.
A single, unhurried session

There’s a quietness to this season,
often unnoticed while you’re in it.
The way they reach for you without thinking.
The rhythm of your days.
The small, ordinary moments that, over time, become everything.
Not milestones.
Just what’s already here.
Unposed. Unrushed.
As it actually felt.
Film holds it softly,
without needing to be perfected.

You can fill out an inquiry to reach out. I'll get back to you as soon as I can so we can start planning. While this is meant to be a laid-back session, I still do provide planning assistance with my professional guides.
I can help you decide on location, outfit choices, or overall vibes.
Listen, not everyone has an Architectural Digest-worthy home; I sure as heck don't! But that's not what this is about. As long as your home has some natural light and makes you feel safe and cozy, it's perfect.
If you'd prefer, we can rent a studio; I love Studio Beck—it has the perfect home feel.
Mine either! These are not your traditional photos. I will not make you sit down and pose with your child(ren). Instead we will sit with them, play, and laugh. This session is more about documenting your connection through an honest lens.
Don't worry though, the results are photos that you'll want to hang on your wall and remember every day!
We can read, color, play games, run around, and play make-believe. We could make cookies, color, and build with blocks. To be honest, I'm down for whatever you and your child enjoy doing the most. This is, after all, all about that.
I do focus heavily on film at these sessions; however, I do still take digital frames. That being said, you'll receive a preview gallery of digital images within a few days of your session. Once the film comes back from my lab, I will add some film previews as well.
You'll receive a final high-resolution, fully edited gallery of images ready for download or print 2 - 4 weeks after your session.
That doesn't change a thing! I'm happy to work with you to capture things that your kiddos are intersted in.
You’ve felt the emotion, you’ve seen the storIES — now it’s time for yours.
